We specialise in delivering Health and Wellness workshops throughout Monmouthshire, Herefordshire and Gloucestershire. Building personal resilience through education and support can help us face life's challenges. Whether you are struggling with menopause symptoms or needing some help to feel empowered to take control or embrace postive changes in your life our workshops can help support and facilitate change.

Our people

 

Julie Glyn-Jones, Director

 

With a diploma in Wellness and Resilience Coaching and 15 years’ experience in training and mentoring, Julie founded SPR to help people become stronger, more confident, in control and satisfied with life and work. A certified master trainer for the strengthening personal resilience programme and a registered nurse, she lives by the motto ‘positivity breeds positivity’.

How we do it

 

We run workshops in which we work with you to:

 

  • develop strategies for taking control when faced with challenges

  • improve your psychological well-being

  • strengthen your personal resilience and boost your performance

  • provide support and education for Menopausal women 

 

Our Resilience Development Framework looks to facilitate a change in attitude, allowing you to take control over yourself and your response to what’s happening around you.
